# Stationworks developers

The Stationworks public API gives a fire district's website, a county
dashboard or a newsroom the district's current burn status as plain JSON.
One URL per district, a publishable key, no sign-in.

Two hosts:

- `https://api.stationworks.app` serves the API. Every product's endpoints
  live under `/v1/<product>/`. Today that is `permits`.
- `https://developers.stationworks.app` is this site.
